You guys know you can take that apart fairly easily and see what is wrong?

ALso, there are some places that will actually repair the alternator far less money than buying new or remanufactured one..

Most times it is the BRUSHES inside which are what make contact with the STATOR that get worn and need replaced. They are CHEAP. I would at least open it up and look inside....

And google for an alternator repair shop and call them...

Just goes to show DE EVERYONE selling anything anymore at garage sales or on craigslist LIE their ass off. They all do. Sorry to see this. Heck it looks brand new !!
