Hi clo,

For myself, I think the arrows generally point towards the truth of the allegation. But the case isn't overwhelming.

Just because someone accuses someone else doesn't mean it's true. People have all sorts of weird motives. Usually someone can discover a money motive.

But the way they have both responded means I am leaning slightly towards her. He seemed shifty and evasive in his hearing, which didn't impress me.

Six years ago she discussed this with her therapist, with her husband there.

She passed a liar detector test.

What would she have to gain making a false claim?
