From your post:

Around 80,000 people's names have been accidentally left off Maryland's voter rolls for its primary elections because of an apparent software glitch. When any of those 80,000 show up to vote Tuesday, they will need to cast provisional ballots that won't be counted until July 5.

The error comes after around 118,522 voters, including Henry "The Fonz" Winkler, were left off the printed poll books in Los Angeles County due to an alleged printing mistake this month.

Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan has ordered an investigation into what went wrong. Experts fear that when errors like this happen and voters can only cast their ballots provisionally, it could keep them away from the polls and drive down turnout.

What is Maryland Governor Hogan supposed to do about the poll books in Los Angeles County, eh? You appear to have confuzzled yourself, yet again, dearie.
