My darling Linda,
Would these be the same fools what told gore that the
North Pole would be ice free by 2013? (Back in 2008.)

In case you missed the memo, here it is 2018 and the
North Pole has still not gone ice free.

I don't believe the chocolate plant will go extinct.

They might have to 'migrate' - as in the plantations
might have to move to where the plants will grow well.

Or they might have to wait for the climate to change
again, then pull the seeds back out of that frozen
seed storehouse and start over.

But I have faith that the 'long hairs' will find
a way to keep the chocolate coming.

Zim.

Ohhhhhhhh noooooo! Chocolate may be extinct by 2050!

[Caption:] According to NOAA, chocolate promotes science literacy among children by forming dinosaurs. (Daniele Civello)

According to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), climate change will force the plants that produce chocolate into extinction by 2050. According to the NOAA, they'll die off because the rain forests are disappearing.

Chocolate extinct! Thank goodness I won't be around to see that! CBS News and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA)
