...not all of my stories really happened and a lot of them that did happen didn't happen to me. I have found it more acceptable to make myself the butt of jokes rather than my friends. The popcorn thingy was a story my dad told me. I dunno if he really did it or not but I wouldn't put it past him.
...there is usually something funny about every situation. My sense of humor was sharpened considerably by four years at the USMC university and two years as a cop. I have seen things in both place that if you don't laugh, you cry. I do not find abusing children or pets to be amusing.
Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!

I mean, it is a good example of what people of the opposite gender will see differently than we do.
What inspires your seemingly endless pool of funny, humorous things, whether they are actions or just your daily perspectives and sense of humor?
You my friend , at least in my view, appear to be ONE very happy or content person who is comfortable in his own skin and has a way of looking at things that always finds the bright and funny side.
I wish I had more of that attribute.
